There are two types of people in the workforce today:

A person who only cares about Saturday night, a person who dosen’t have a goal or vision with very little ambition. They only want to pick up a pay cheque at the end of the day and their career is not that important to them really.

They may even have a grudge against their against their employer. They always come up with excuses such as "that’s not in my job description" with regards to cleaning, anything outside the normal. They purely see their job as a job?

If you are this type of person don’t bother applying to Free Spirit because you are not the type of person that we are looking for and we are not the type of company you want to work for. You will find us demanding and very hard to work for as we have a totally different attitude towards work.

Free Spirit is at the early stages of growth, even though we have 5 locations and are about to expand to 3 more this year alone. We are only getting started!

We have a company and a concept which is the future of the entire hair, beauty and health industry and we plan to take it all over the world. We have plans for Dubai, London, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Monte Carlo; we are not a company that has already achieved its dreams and all the people have already got promotions.

How you progress is simple. It’s nothing to do with your experience or level you are at in your career just now, how long you have worked with the company or what age you are. We have one factor that determines everything, and that gets results is;  how good you are at the job. This is what we measure. We have a very strict structure to measure how everyone performes; we are very open about this and don’t base any opinions or emotions on personalities. We base it on your performance. Feedback and the level you are at is constant and very transparent to not only to you; but to all staff.

Sometimes people think they are better than what they are and if you want to find out how good you really are, come work for us. It doesn’t actually matter sometimes what level you start at because if you take feedback continuously and have a good attitude towards it then you will grow and learn. It doesn’t even matter if you start off being the worst person, you could end up becoming the best.
