Why?
One of the biggest things for me before I started the Free Spirit Transformation was, my image always came second place to everything else. A lot of my diet was fine but I just didn’t know what was healthy to eat and what exercises to do.

The Results
It has been an unbelievable transformation, especially when I meet people since I’ve started the transformation and they don’t even recognize me.
I find now that I’m able to get out of bed now as suppose to hitting snooze all the time before I actually get out. This has been one of my favourite parts of the transformations, just to have that extra energy.
